Each seller packs and ships independently, so we split your checkout into one order per seller. They can arrive at different times.
Open the order and tap “Report an issue”. Add photos if you can. The seller sees it and can respond; Musika steps in within 2 working days if it isn't resolved.
Yes, while the seller hasn't started packing (status “Order placed” or “Confirmed by seller”). After that, use “Report an issue” and we'll help.
After delivery is confirmed. That protects you: money isn't released until your order actually arrives.
