The short version
- Musika is a marketplace. Sellers sell to buyers; we run the platform, hold payment until delivery, and take a commission.
- We charge sellers 2% of each completed sale. Listing is free, and there is no charge if you don't sell.
- Everyone who sells, delivers or recruits must verify their identity. We can suspend an account for fraud.
- Buyers are protected: report a problem and we hold the money until it is resolved.

1Who we are and what this covers
Musika (“we”, “us”) operates an online marketplace in Zimbabwe connecting buyers with independent sellers, and the couriers who deliver between them. These terms apply to everyone who uses Musika: buyers, sellers, couriers and recruiters.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Musika.
2We are the marketplace, not the seller
Sellers on Musika are independent businesses and individuals. The contract of sale for any item is between the buyer and that seller. We provide the platform, take payment, arrange delivery and hold the money until the order completes.
